Prof. Carol Wallace, Professor Emeritus of Food Safety Management at the University of Central Lancashire, brings over 40 years of experience in academia and industry to the Safe to Trade initiative. As an experienced food safety consultant and author of several best-selling food safety textbooks, Carol has made significant contributions to the field of food safety management.
